Gathering 2025 Vendor Information

**Vendor applications closed for Gathering 2025**

We hope that you're as excited as we are about Gathering 2025! Gathering Hope has hosted an annual Gathering for miscarriage, stillbirth, and infant loss survivors since 2015. This will be our third year to offer a vendor area for our guests. As this part of the Gathering takes shape, we are seeking vendors who are specifically geared toward the bereaved mom community or are loss moms themselves.

If you are approved as a vendor and are personally a miscarriage, stillbirth, or infant loss survivor, we would like to gift you a ticket to attend the conference here in Texas. Our vendor tables won't be open before the Gathering or during main stage sessions (worship, speakers, and table discussion time), so you'll be able to have a full experience as a guest, without sacrificing time away from your vendor table.

As an added benefit, approved vendors will be listed on the Gathering 2025 website.

Other important information:

  • Vendor tables will be $75 due at the time of application approval.

  • Doors for guests will open at 9:00 am. We request you arrive early to set up your table before guests arrive.

  • Vendors will be provided with a 6ft. table. Tablecloths will be provided.

  • Each vendor is asked to provide an item valued at $20 or more for a giveaway at the Gathering.

  • Approved vendors are responsible for their travel & hotel expenses, and transportation of inventory/products.

  • MLM businesses will not be considered for application.
