Gathering Hope Workshop
Navigating Love & Loss:
Understanding Communication Patterns in Grief
WHAT TO EXPECT AND WHAT YOU'LL LEARN
This workshop offers a compassionate and supportive space for women hoping to understand themselves and their needs consciously. We'll explore how grief shapes communication patterns and relationships, both with ourselves and those around us. If you're struggling to communicate and connect with your spouse or find yourself navigating difficult relationships after baby loss, this workshop is for you. Participants will leave empowered to have a deeper understanding of their own needs and leave with practical tools to integrate healthier communication that nurtures meaningful connections.
Meet other loss moms who are on the journey alongside you and discover a community of women who understand your unique motherhood. Each ticket includes a light breakfast, educational experience and camaraderie amongst other loss mamas. Each guest will also take home a candle to light for our upcoming Virtual Wave of Light ceremony on October 15. For more information on Wave of Light and to submit your baby's name to be spoken aloud during the ceremony, click HERE. All names must be submitted by October 4, 2024.
